Phil submitted our proposal for Outline Planning to Breckland Council. The proposal was for a small development of 4 bungalows on land we owned. The site had good road access & was within a 30 mph zone, but despite being in the centre of the village, it was outside the village boundary. It was a far from straightforward case and, as is usual, the Parish Council and a handful of villagers objected strongly. However, and down to Phil’s hard work & determination we eventually gained Planning Permission at the committee stage.
A successful planning application involves a great number of professionals who need to work together as a team and this is where Phil comes into his own. He is a great communicator and with every step in the process kept us fully informed and involved – good news or bad, we always knew how things were going.
