My name is Phil Hardy and I am a Chartered Town Planner, accredited to the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
I have worked in planning consultancies for 6 years, within Development Management and Planning Policy teams at a Local Planning Authority (LPA) and with a major housebuilder.
I specialise in providing development appraisals for land inside and outside of settlement boundaries, in urban and rural areas, and preparing, submitting and monitoring planning applications for residential development.

Phil Hardy MRTPI
I studied Urban and Regional Planning at Masters level at the University of Westminster from 2015 to 2017 and have 8 years planning experience in both public and private sectors.
I have a PRINCE2 qualification in project management and Lean Six Sigma qualification in process improvement so I am skilled in ensuring planning projects run to time and budget.
I am a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and I am guided by the RTPI Code of Conduct. I am therefore always honest about chances of success with an application or appeal.
